A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced solicitor to join an expanding Personal Injury Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a range of personal injury and clinical negligence cases, providing high-quality legal services to our clients. This is a great opportunity for a solicitor with over 5 years of post-qualified experience to take the next step in their career and face fresh challenges within a supportive, partner-led environment.
About You:
- A minimum of 5 years' post-qualified experience (PQE) in personal injury and clinical negligence law.
- A proactive, positive, and professional approach to your work.
- Strong client-focused skills, with a dedication to providing exceptional service.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Client Interviews & Instructions: Conducting interviews with clients to take full instructions and assess the merit of cases.
- Advice & Communication: Advising clients on their legal rights and options in personal injury and clinical negligence matters, ensuring they are fully informed at all stages of their case.
- Case Management: Drafting and reviewing relevant documents, keeping client and matter files in good order, and ensuring accurate recording of all information.
- Client Liaison: Dealing with client queries, concerns, and issues in a prompt and efficient manner, whether in person or over the phone.
