We’re seeking a strategic, data-savvy Go-to-Channel Strategy Manager to join a fast-paced, innovative team working at the intersection of product, sales, and customer experience. You’ll lead go-to-channel planning for category-defining products, collaborating with cross-functional teams across global and regional markets. What You’ll Be Doing:- Strategy Development & Execution
- Build and execute Go-to-Channel (GTC) strategies to accelerate product adoption and sales.
- Map the full customer journey—path to purchase, key touchpoints, and behavioral insights—to optimize conversion and growth.
- Sales & Launch Readiness
- Align annual and lifetime sales goals with channel priorities.
- Ensure all operational, content, and partner readiness is in place for seamless go-to-market execution.
- Customer & Market Insights
- Design strategies to capture and respond to customer feedback loops.
- Bring voice-of-customer into product evolution and channel planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with global and regional sales leads, product marketers, and channel teams.
- Act as the connective tissue across product, insights, and execution teams.
- Regional & Global Alignment
- Tailor regional strategies that align to the global category vision and channel architecture.
- Compliance & Performance Optimization
- Ensure all channel activity complies with local legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Track sales performance, uncover insights, and recommend investments to boost velocity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years’ experience in sales strategy, category management, or digital product marketing.
- Proven ability to turn consumer and competitive insights into high-impact strategies.
- Skilled in documentation, narrative building, and data storytelling.
- Experience influencing stakeholders in cross-functional environments.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings with ambiguity.
- Track record of driving results in tech-forward or digital-first organizations.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- Outstanding organizational skills—able to manage and track high-volume requests
- Strong writing, analytical thinking, and storytelling with data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

- Experience working in high-growth product environments
