What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and ship new customer-facing features across both frontend and backend.
- Design scalable systems and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with product and design to bring ideas to life.
- Own your code end-to-end, from implementation to deployment.
- Help shape engineering culture in a small, high-impact team.
You’ll Thrive Here If You
- Have 6+ years' experience as a full-stack engineer.
- Are confident building both frontend (React, Nuxt, JS frameworks) and backend (FastAPI, Node.js, GraphQL, etc.) systems.
- Write clean, consistent code quickly and thoughtfully.
- Are comfortable moving fast and wearing many hats in an early-stage startup.
- Care about inclusion and accessibility — especially for overlooked communities.

- Frontend & Backend: React, Nuxt, JavaScript/TypeScript, FastAPI, Node.js, REST, CRUD, GraphQL, WebSockets.
- Cloud & Infra: Azure (core platform), Microservices architecture, CI/CD via GitHub Actions & Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi, etc.
- Databases & Messaging: PostgreSQL / MySQL (relational), MongoDB, Redis (NoSQL), Azure Fabric, Data Factory, Azure Event Hubs, Kusto QL.
- Tooling & Monitoring: Datadog, CircleCI, Prometheus, Grafana. Strong focus on observability and fault tolerance.
