Technical Support Engineer – 1st Line Helpdesk to 2nd Line – Operating within a flat management structure, the ideal candidate will:

Enjoy providing remote and telephone support to a varied clientele

Have the ability to assist with project managing installations and upgrades

Have a very good working knowledge of PCs and Windows networking

Ideally experience of mentoring other engineers – either by example or as Team Lead.

Be a good communicator

Have a full driving licence (own vehicle preferred but not essential)
