This brand opening is seeking a talented Pastry Chef for their new opening which will lead to a group role and concentrate on the other concepts within the group here in London and abroad.
You will need extensive knowledge of Patisserie, as well as Bakery / Viennoiserie to be considered for this role, with a generous salary package of £70,000 on offer for the right Pastry Chef. You must also have that French Classical background/training.
As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be in charge of running the entire pastry department across all the restaurants, so you will have extensive knowledge of all aspects in patisserie including breads, ice-creams, viennoiserie & petit fours and you would be responsible for training all junior chefs.
You will be working closely with the Executive Chef to create new dessert menus and implement them. An excellent salary of £70,000 per annum is available for the right Head Pastry Chef.
