Salary: Up to £29,265.12 Depending on experience – plus benefits

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

The Role

We are looking to recruit a Painter & Decorator to join our Home2Home team. You will be one of several painter & decorators working either in void properties or as part of the companys response and/ or minor works.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

• To be responsible for painting, decorating and tiling in void properties within the allocated time and to a good standard, ensuring good communication with relevant parties.
• To plan and manage work effectively to achieve a high performing and high-quality void service.
• To order materials for scheduled work.
• Develop effective working relationships with colleagues, partners and key stakeholders to support the delivery of the void works programme.

About You

• You will be looking to work for a supportive company delivering valuable services to the local community.
• You will have demonstrable experience in Painting & Decorating.
• You will have additional experience of basic wall tiling.
• You will have working knowledge of health & safety principles.
• You will work well in a team environment, be comfortable working independently and be supportive of others.
• You will hold a full drivers licence.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a Basic DBS check.
