The successful applicant will be able to teach GCSE re-sit programme and Functional Skills at a range of levels. You will be a responsible and confident teacher who has the skills to inspire both students and colleagues. You will have an imaginative approach to teaching and implement creative lessons to fully engage and inspire your students as well as a highly inclusive learning environment. You will also be interested in innovating and developing your practice and exploring digital opportunities to prepare your students for their future employment. Who they need & What you will bring Applicants should have recent experience of teaching, the ability to work as part of a team and develop and share innovative and stimulating teaching and learning resources. You must be passionate about teaching in the FE sector and be committed to ensuring that their students make the best possible progress. They would also welcome applicants with a secondary background. Applicants must also have a good sense of humour, the ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
