Aspire People is seeking a full time or part time Teaching Assistant to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of students in Boston.Responsibilities:* Assist the classroom teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.* Support the educational and social development of students, following their individualized education plans.* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who require additional assistance.* Help with classroom management, behaviour, and engagement to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.* Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.* Monitor and track students’ progress, providing feedback to the teacher and adapting support as needed.* Encourage and motivate students to participate actively in their learning and achieve their academic goals.Possibility for immediate start, long term position which can turn into permanent. Salary: 90-96£ per dayWorking Hours : 8.30-15.30 term time onlyRequirements:* Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification ( highly desirable).* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in a school setting (highly desirable) .
