We are looking for an ambitious Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading, managing, and motivating teams in the relocation, installation, and maintenance of office furniture and IT equipment. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to oversee operations across various locations, ensuring seamless transitions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams of varying sizes in the relocation, installation, and maintenance of office furniture and IT equipment
- Operate company vehicles as permitted by entitlements, ensuring safe and efficient transport of goods
- Lead and manage aspects of smaller moves and projects, collaborating with Move Managers on larger projects
- Uphold and promote company core values and standards in every aspect of your work
- Educate, train, and develop team members in best practices, quality, and standards
- Conduct technical aspects of decommissioning and commissioning furniture and IT equipment with precision and care
- Effectively manage external contractors to ensure smooth and successful project deliveries
- Ensure working practices adhere to safety regulations and company best practices
