Warehouse Team Leader

Salary depending on experience

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Section Leader to join our clients fast-paced Distribution team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and support a team of Multi-Skilled Operatives

Ensure daily productivity and service targets are met.

Plan workloads with the Distribution Shift Manager.

Drive high standards of Health & Safety.

Coach and develop team performance.

Coordinate with other departments to meet daily objectives.

Step in for the Shift Manager when needed.

What We need from you :

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in warehousing.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of food handling and production processes.

Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Confident in team building, planning, and decision-making.

Working Hours:

4 on, 2 off

6am-3pm / 3pm-12am shifts.

Please note: Own transport is essential due to the location and hours
