We're looking for a motivated and experienced Section Leader to join our clients fast-paced Distribution team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of Multi-Skilled Operatives
- Ensure daily productivity and service targets are met
- Plan workloads with the Distribution Shift Manager
- Drive high standards of Health & Safety
- Coach and develop team performance
- Coordinate with other departments to meet daily objectives
- Step in for the Shift Manager when needed
What We need from you:
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in warehousing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food handling and production processes
- Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Confident in team building, planning, and decision-making
Working Hours:
4 on, 2 off 6am-3pm / 3pm-12am shifts.
