The primary responsibilities encompass overseeing stock promotions, replenishment, security, health and safety measures, compliance, and leadership in people management.
The perfect candidate for this role should ideally possess prior experience in a similar capacity, within the retail sector, and should be well-versed in the dynamics of a fast-paced environment where juggling multiple tasks is the norm. Your background may include roles as a store manager or assistant manager with fashion retailers, supermarkets, DIY stores, discount stores, or similar retail environments.

This position offers a competitive salary of up to £32,000 for the right candidate, with a night allowance worth an additional £5,000, complemented by a generous 12% annual bonus. This will be working a three on and three off working pattern, 18.30 - 06.30.
