A highly respected and long-established law firm in Surrey is seeking an experienced Residential Property Senior Associate to join its well-regarded team in Epsom. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, commercially aware lawyer to take a senior role within a collaborative, high-performing property department.

The successful candidate will:
- Handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.
- Lead on complex matters, supervise junior team members, and contribute to team profitability.
- Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships, including developing a personal following.
- Collaborate across departments in line with the wider business development strategy.
- Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach in line with the firm's values.

Essential Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive (ideally 6+ years PQE).
