Employment Solicitor

We are partnering with a top ranked and prestigious law firm in Northampton who is seeking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position that offers flexible hybrid working.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of Employment law matters including cases related to unfair dismissal, redundancy and restrictive covenants, and ensuring compliance with the Equal Pay Act.
• Providing expert advice on TUPE Transfers, disciplinary and harassment matters.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in Employment Law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proven experience managing a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Package:

Competitive salary between £65,000 - £80,000 per annum (depending on experience). Excellent hybrid and flexi working arrangements.
