School Cleaner with DBS MUST HAVE DBS Position : School Cleaner Location : Hounslow Hours :06.00 – 08.00 Monday to Friday Salary : £13.15 Key Responsibilities Ensure the school premises are kept clean, safe, and hygienic at all times. Clean classrooms, staff rooms, toilets, corridors, and other school facilities following the cleaning schedule. Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and hand sanitisers. Safely use cleaning equipment and materials, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Report any maintenance or repair issues observed during cleaning. Secure the premises when required, ensuring all windows and doors are locked. Support the school community by maintaining a welcoming and clean environment. Requirements DBS Certificate : A valid Enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this position (issued within the last 12 months or on the update service). Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of cleaning equipment and health and safety practices is advantageous.
