Client Success Manager

Inside Global is a global agency dedicated to delivering growth and revenue opportunities for B2B tech companies, from global brands such as Google, Oracle and HPE to AI start‑ups. As a result of demand and growth in 2025 we’re looking for a talented Client Success Manager to join the team in Liverpool. Responsibilities Project manage campaigns, from set‑up right through to renewal and growth Manage first‑level contact with clients on a daily basis over Zoom and email Create and present campaign status reports – both internally and externally Attend and manage weekly calls, monthly insights, quarterly reviews and project launch meetings Liaise internally with Client Success Administrators, Account Directors and Co‑Founders Work with the service delivery team to provide information from and to clients Check accuracy of work and provide feedback on any changes needed prior to it becoming client‑facing Have a good understanding of clients’ objectives, internal marketing and sales strategy, plans and how it relates to our work Retain 100% of clients through consistent project management, effective programme management, optimisation, amendment and suggestions Proactively demonstrate and communicate to clients where we are succeeding and where we can improve each day, week and month Assist with commercial conversations and actions Escalate big upsell opportunities to your Account Directors and Co‑Founders Qualifications Customer satisfaction and customer retention skills Analytical skills Relationship building Customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Highly organised Experience in B2B tech or sales development industry is desirable but not necessary A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not necessary Full‑time, on‑site, 08:30 – 17:00 City centre location near Bold Street, L1 Fun, growing company Exposure to great clients Uncapped commission package Clear career progression Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Inside Global – GTM Lead Gen
