We are supporting a global sports marketing agency with a roster of top freelance talent for ad hoc projects. As a Lead Art Director, you will be beyond confident working independently but also productive in bespoke partnerships with colleagues in copy, tech, strategy, social/influencers and beyond.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Art Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive the visual direction of our campaigns. As a Lead Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualising and executing visually stunning and compelling experiences that resonate with sports/entertainment enthusiasts and captivate our clients' target demographics.
Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership: Lead the creative vision for experiential and content marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategists, copywriters, and account managers, to bring concepts to life.
- Campaign Development: Conceptualize and design high-impact, immersive experiences for live events, activations, and digital platforms.
- Create visually compelling content across various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Knowledge of the latest design trends and technologies.
