Are you an experienced Helpdesk Manager who is striving to make a real impact the right team and wanting a career with a leading M&E Business? Helpdesk Manager role:-
• Manage and direct Service desk team.
• Undertake a review of current process and procedures.
• Management responsibilities of day-to-day management of the team.
• Resolving day to day issues customer / supplier concerns.
• Ensure service team works efficiently.
• Review better ways on ppm/ help desk reporting.
• Day to day liaising with the contract managers.
• Assisting with preparation of site folders
• Rising PO instructions
• To be able to assist the PPM / help desk coordinator as and when the needs arise.
• Overseeing Reactive and Internal PPM reporting.
• Covering under a shared Rota Christmas help desk.
• Any other reasonable request as the business dictate
