Our client, Stockport MBC, is looking for 2x Team Managers for their Mash Team (Children).
Hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of two days per week working from home.
Main Purpose of the Job
- To be accountable to the Service Lead for the management of referrals made to Stockport's Multi Agency Safeguarding and Support Hub (MASSH).
- To be accountable for the quality of the front-line social work service provided by the first response team located in Stockport's MASSH.
- To ensure an effective, coordinated response to needs of children, young people and families identified through MASSH enquiries.
- To identify and secure the most appropriate service to support and safeguard children and families.
- To ensure that team planning is based on systematic needs assessment and that team performance meets national and local objectives and targets; agreed quality standards; within national and local procedures and within available resources.
