You will already have at least 6/7 years of strong PQE, excellent business development instincts, and you will be at a stage in your career where you are looking for what comes next and this sort of rare chance to really step forward significantly within the competitive Cardiff market.

In return there is a very strong salary package being offered, and the opportunity to be heavily involved in further growing this exciting Employment Law practice.
