We are recruiting for an experienced multi-skilled operative with Floor Layering and cap and cove experience who will ideally have experience of working within a social housing or local authority environment.
You will undertake flooring vinyl, cap & cove & carpet fitting, along with associated work, trade repairs and maintenance work to provide high quality, ‘right first time’, cost effective building services to the business and its customers. This role is to cover the North London area.
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have the ability to undertake associated trade tasks within competency, NVQ2 qualification or equivalent and long term relevant trade experience. You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
You'll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools you’ll need.
