The predicted salary is between 48000 - 68000 ÂŁ per year.
Hybrid working options – 1 to 2 days per week in the office. Permanent position with a salary of up to £68,000 per annum plus fantastic benefits including bonus. Full time, 35 hours per week.

This is a great opportunity to join Treasury Back Office, working with a talented team during a period of high organisational growth with direct exposure to senior finance leadership, including the Group Treasurer. You will be at the heart of the important role that the Treasury Function plays in supporting liquidity, funding, and growth in large complex organisations like Bupa.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
- Be responsible for control of one or more Treasury legal entities and/or sub ledgers and ensure timely and accurate reporting of activities in those entities throughout the set reporting cycles.
- Ensure that Treasury transactions are appropriately recorded and reconciled within the accounting module of the Treasury management system.
- Proactively identify and report system performance issues relating to the TMS (accounting module), the ERP, and the consolidation system, ensuring issues are escalated as appropriate.
- Support the Group’s Plan process and ensure data loaded into the management planning system reflects approved Treasury Plans.
- Assist in the review of the Group’s planned financial income and expense.
- Prepare reports and analysis as required by management on actual and planned performance across investments and borrowings.
- Support Group’s compliance with SII reporting requirements by ensuring accurate data is submitted on all treasury activities.
- Proactively report and escalate control incidences as soon as they become aware and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Assist in undertaking other assignments and projects, as required, within Treasury and in the wider group finance team.
What you’ll bring:
- Must hold a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Technical accounting within a Treasury environment is a distinct advantage.
- Highly organised with the ability to work under tight deadlines while meeting competing priorities.
- Prior experience with Treasury Management Systems is desirable.
- Good accounting knowledge combined with an ability to “find” relevant information and answers to accounting-related questions.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Exposure to the delivery/presentation of information to senior management.
