Legal Cashier

A highly rated, Warrington based Law Firm with an excellent reputation is seeking a Legal Cashier to join their accounts team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone that has at least 1 years\’ experience as a legal cashier to join an established Law Firm that will provide an supportive working environment and training.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Daily Bank Reconciliations
• CHAPS/Faster payment requests
• Liaising with fee earners and secretaries to assist with queries
• Purchase ledger/invoicing
• Accurate data input of all client/office, credit/debit balances.
• Processing and checking daily cheque runs
• Processing daily bills and card payments
• Petty cash
• Month End Reports

Be up to date with the Solicitors Accounts Rules.

An attractive salary and benefits package is on offer including 25 days holiday, local parking, hybrid working and an excellent working environment. Salary DOE but up to and circa £30,000.
