We are seeking a Business Development Manager to scale the Road to Ownership – Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program across EMEA and APAC. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, identifying high-potential DSP prospects, building relationships with industry partners, analyzing performance data, supporting onboarding, and collaborating internally to refine program success. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop regional recruitment strategies to meet growth targets
  • Identify suitable candidates supporting business expansion in Germany
  • Build relationships with industry and corporate partners
  • Analyze KPIs to define high-quality DSP candidate profiles
  • Use data to create regional profiles and adapt recruitment tactics
  • Support new owners during onboarding and launch
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality DSP selection
  • Work with marketing to drive lead acquisition strategies

About the Team

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) manages last-mile delivery through partnerships with third-party providers, focusing on operational excellence, innovation, and sustainability. Our teams operate 24/7, supporting both internal operations and external contractors, with initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and reducing environmental impact.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in program, product, or project management
  • Experience working cross-functionally to execute projects
  • Ability to gather and present data effectively
