An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join an exciting organisation based on Cambridge on a part time, temporary basis. This role has become available due to additional workload, and the hours can be worked across 3 full days or spread across the week. The role also offers hybrid working arrangements from the first week too.

As the incoming Finance Assistant, you will be tasked with the following duties, including:
– Processing invoices and managing Accounts Payable inbox
– Reconciling supplier statements and credit cards
– Processing employee expenses
– Assisting with quarter and year end duties
– Additional ad hoc duties as required

The successful candidate for this role will have previous experience working in a similar role with strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles. You will also display strong attention to detail, good IT literacy and excellent communication skills, both on a written and verbal level.
