A well respected and progressive law firm in Tunbridge Wells are looking for an experienced legal secretary to join their private client advisory team.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist solicitors with all aspects of Wills, Estates & Tax Planning, including drafting correspondence, preparing legal documents, and managing client communications.
- Maintain accurate and organised legal files.
- Arrange appointments, book meeting rooms and coordinate calendars.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, redirecting as necessary and ensuring timely responses.
- Provide general administrative support to the private client department, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
About you:
- You will be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel and other packages that may be relevant to the role.
- Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within private client.
- You must possess a high level of organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
