Your new company Our client is seeking a dedicated Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor to join our team on a 3-month temporary contract initially. Based in Boston, Lincolnshire, and covering Kings Lynn when required, in this role you will assist in implementing the health, safety, and environmental aspects of the clients’ integrated management system. You will also provide internal advice and guidance on these matters. Your new role As the Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor, your responsibilities will include promoting a positive health and safety culture, managing non-conformance’s, supporting audits, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with legislation. You will also participate in HSE meetings and training programs. Key responsibilities will include: Promote a positive health and safety culture throughout the company. Assist with transferring Risk Assessments from old excel systems into new format. Contribute to the Company’s HSE commitments by highlighting and promoting best practices. Safety walks through the factory floor on a weekly basis and coaching staff when finding issues that need addressing, coaching them on how to improve and motivate staff to follow safety guidelines.
