An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established building services company based in Liverpool Street! CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting an Electrical Engineer for a commercial office contract near Liverpool Street. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance alongside the on-site maintenance team.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance with proven experience in electrical or mechanical building maintenance. The company offers a competitive salary of up to £48,000, overtime, additional training, and opportunities for career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (installation, fault-finding, lamp replacement)
• Emergency lighting testing
• Control panels
• Changing ballasts
• BMS system monitoring (hot & cold)
• Maintaining and updating log books
• Plumbing (unblocking toilets)
• Pumps and motors

Requirements

• Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3
• Ability to provide copies of trade certificates
• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
• Multiskilled
• Good communication skills
• Client-facing experience
