Full job description Salary: 12.53 p/h Role: Logistics Administration Location: Hounslow Hours: Monday to Friday 06:00 till 14:00 We are recruiting a Logistics Administration for one of clients based in Hounslow. Key Responsibilities of the Administration Officer: Delivery requests Supplier shipments Invoicing Learn the bespoke clients’ systems required to fulfil the role. Ensure a smooth and timely process for goods in and out, including prioritising urgent requests as necessary. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost and capture knowledge. General administration duties for the test team for example: Ordering uniform Ordering general supplies Updating the organisation chart Minutes notation Demonstrate that part logistics are being managed in accordance with the section KPI’s. Ensure a strong relationship with service providers is maintained. Provide excellent customer service at all times to support NTCE projects. Experience: Excellent organisational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail. A positive ‘can do’ flexible attitude. Be able to manage and prioritise own workload. A good working knowledge of the Microsoft packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc) for report writing. Qualifications: Ideally a strong background in logistics. Experience of a busy office environment. 3+ years administration background. Ideally educated to a good GCSE level with grade 4 or above in English and Maths
