This position involves understanding local needs, collaborating with teams, resident groups, and external partners to ensure our estates are clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will also be instrumental in planning and delivering improvements, investigating tenancy breaches, supporting vulnerable customers, and addressing anti-social behaviour effectively. Day-to-Day of the Role: Develop and implement neighbourhood plans and local offers tailored to community needs. Conduct regular estate inspections, prioritising fire safety and other risk assessments. Collaborate with local residents' groups to enhance community facilities, activities, and events. Work closely with local partners, including neighbourhood safety teams and youth services, to address safety and anti-social behaviour (ASB) issues. Coordinate with various departments to facilitate neighbourhood improvements. Conduct visits to residents in breach of tenancy agreements or those requiring additional support.
