Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Location: Hertfordshire – 3 days a week

The Role: You’ll support a major retail client, working onsite 2–3 days per week. Responsibilities include building and managing email and loyalty campaigns, maintaining existing triggers, and collaborating with both internal and client-side stakeholders. The role also involves learning and upskilling on the marketing platform, while working closely with client services on campaign governance.

Skills + Experience:

  • Currently in a CRM Manager or Senior CRM Executive position
  • Experience deploying multi-channel campaigns and setting up email campaigns
  • Have any CRM tool experience e.g. Braze, Bloomreach, Salesforce etc.
