This is a desirable opportunity for a high‑calibre graduate to join an esteemed and rapidly growing company which specialises in supporting the world’s top pharmaceutical organisations. It prides itself on offering a top‑class service and has worked hard to establish itself as a key partner to its clients. Due to growth, our client is looking to recruit two analyst & business Modellers to join its friendly and hardworking team.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical arena to provide high‑quality modelling, analysis and consultancy services in forecasting, pricing and market access for clients.
- Run market research projects to inform how pharmaceuticals will be received by the market.
- Present and report models and findings, ensuring recommendations are clear and actionable.
- Progress in the role with increasing responsibility to develop knowledge and consultative skills, with the aim of becoming a Senior Consultant.
Qualifications
- First or 2:1 degree from a top‑twenty university in a life science subject or economics, alongside outstanding A levels (ideally including maths and science).
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and topics.
- Understanding of statistical concepts and spreadsheet modelling is beneficial.
- High numeracy and computer literacy, especially in Excel.
- Willingness to travel in the UK and overseas; flexibility to accommodate travel.
- Role based full‑time at the company’s offices near High Wycombe.
Benefits and Terms
- Starting salary of £28,000, increasing to £31,000 after a six‑month probationary period.
- Generous bonus scheme reflecting individual performance.
- Twenty‑seven days’ holiday per year in addition to Bank Holidays.
- Matching company pension contribution of 5% of salary.
