In addition to completing community visits within a 30-mile radius of our 3 Centres and working from home. About Us: Hurdle is run by Dudley Lodge, a UK registered non-profit making organisation established in 1895 and specialises in services to safeguard children. Hurdle is dedicated to helping reduce the number of children taken into care by focusing on prevention work. We do this by working with mothers and fathers who have suffered or who are at risk of suffering the loss of a child to the care system. We focus on building trusting, supportive relationships with parents, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations. Through one-to-one work and group programs, we help parents achieve positive changes in their lives that can help increase the likelihood of them being able to keep or regain custody of their current or future children.
