Job Opportunity: Vehicle Bodyshop Supervisor

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset

Employment Type: Permanent

Working Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday with one Saturday a month offering

Working Hours: 07.00am to 17.00pm. Every fourth Saturday, shift duration is determined by work demands.

The company offers integrated services, including portside operations for new vehicles, refurbishment, storage, imaging, financial solutions, and logistics, supporting both the expanding used car market and the core remarketing processes.

  • Boost customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service delivery.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vehicle Bodyshop Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team as a Vehicle Bodyshop Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively lead and manage the Bodyshop team.
  • Plan, control and coordinate all daily activities of the Bodyshop.
  • Ensure all KPI’s are met by supporting the Bodyshop team.
  • Must be hands on when required painting, prepping, polishing vehicles.
  • Ensure all repair work is completed to a high standard.
  • Effective prioritising the WIP report for completed vehicles.
  • Always maintain the highest possible productivity and efficiency.
  • Adhere to all company Health and Safety and legislation policies.

Qualifications:

  • Management / Supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Full UK/EU driving licence.

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of Bodyshop repair methods.
  • Team player, good communicator.
  • Hands on approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Panel or strip fit experience would be a benefit.
