We are Lockheed Martin, one of the biggest Aerospace/Defence/IT Contractors in the world. It's getting busy and we need to hire a Pensions Analyst/Administrator for our rewards and benefits team. This role will be supporting all our global pension activity - with workload requirements increasing there is a need to increase resource to support.
As Pension Administrator, you will manage the company's employee pension and benefits programs, offering guidance and analysis while overseeing invoice payments and plan renewals. You will ensure that all related programs are administered in compliance with established guidelines, procedures, and applicable laws. Additionally, you may stay updated on trends and developments in the field of employee pensions and benefits, and assist in communicating pension and benefit information to employees.
Please note: We offer our famous “4 Flex” working pattern on this role. This gives you the chance to compress your hours over 4 days giving you a day off in the week – most people choose a Friday off! You will need to be able to present for 1 week on-site in either London or Havant for your induction and training. Although the role is predominantly hybrid you may well be required to be in the office 2 or 3 days a week for a period of time after you join, with the role going back to hybrid overall afterward. You will need to be able to commute to either London or Havant during this time.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- The Pensions and Benefits Administrator will provide support for all pension and benefit activities including:
- Work with regional Reward teams and external vendors to ensure efficiency of administration.
- Work with the US team to ensure that all statutory reporting is completed on time.
- Ensure the timely payment of invoices.
- Develop and maintain employee communications and support to ensure a greater level of engagement and understanding with the workforce.
- Provide information and guidance to plan participants on eligibility, benefits, and plan provisions.
- Prepare participant communication materials, such as webinars, statements and newsletters.
- Respond to inquiries from employees, retirees, and external stakeholders regarding pension plan matters.
- Provide advice and support as required to Regional Reward leads.
- Monitoring project income and work with the International Pensions and Benefits Specialist to ensure projects are delivered on plan and to budget.
- Work with the Reward Operations team to improve processes.
- Cover for the International Pensions and Benefits Specialist.
This role will require you to undergo a Basic Security Check.
