A global special situations investment firm with ~$22bn AUM is expanding its real estate platform, and looking to hire 1–2 Associates and one VP-level investment professional to support continued growth. The DACH is a key focus market, and the team is seeking a German-speaking Associate to work closely with senior leadership on transactions and portfolio management. This role is ideal for someone around 1–2 years into their investing career and looking to accelerate learning and responsibility in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Run financial models and support underwriting for real estate investments across Europe
- Coordinate due diligence processes with advisors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders
- Support asset management and performance monitoring for existing investments
- Prepare investment committee materials and presentations
- Work across a variety of asset classes and deal types within the real estate strategy
Candidate Profile
