The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
A rare and interesting opportunity to join a specialist and dedicated Private Client practice in Bristol. We are working closely with this client as they are looking to appoint another experienced Court of Protection specialist to their already strong team, which focuses on a wide range of property and financial affairs, including for brain injury survivors and their families, individuals with mental illness, learning difficulties, and degenerative diseases. The work is challenging and incredibly rewarding.
You will ideally have at least three or four years of strong, hands-on experience dealing with Court of Protection practice (grade C level and above ideally), and a passion and compassion for working in this specialist area.
The work day to day will involve:
- Deputyship applications for both professional and lay deputies
- All aspects of ongoing management
- Statutory will and gift applications
- Preparation and management of personal injury trusts
