Following the rapid growth over the last 5 years, we have been investing in the build-up of the international sales organization and we are currently searching for a Business Development Director for our Digital team in UK. What you will do Execute sales strategy as well as tailoring Intellias’s value propositions to clients to drive New Logo acquisition. Utilize your deep industry insights and your expertise in business development, and building sustainable business relationships Seek out and identify new opportunities, build pipeline, and deliver against a sales and in-year revenue target with quality, profitable and sustainable wins. Establish and nurture strong relationships is key and you will be expected to develop a deep understanding of prospective clients’ business, and the industry challenges they are likely to be facing and develop a point of view on how Intellias could work with them to resolve their business issues/challenges. Pursue deal shaping and development of tailored proposals, steering the proposal quality. What you need for this 5+ years in selling IT services with an expert understanding of several verticals – Hospitality, Travel, Real Estate, Edtech, Supply Chain and Logistics, Healthcare, Pharma, Energy and Utilities, iGaming, sales best practices and possess a client-focused outlook. Bid process management and RFP process ownership. Proven track record of personal success in selling high-value complex deals to any of these market verticals with an established network of clients and contacts. Possess significant experience in bid campaign management from opportunity identification through to project delivery and able to demonstrate the ability to take a lead role in opportunity qualification, win strategies, commercials, and solutions . Excellent presentation skills, both verbally and written Expertise in interacting with C-Level Executives, conveying the value proposition of the Intellias suite of services, and explaining in clear terms how Intellias can help the C-Level executive to execute their business strategy Strong commercial and contractual acumen Experienced working in a dynamic, fast-paced, matrix-structured, highly rewarding sales environment Why you’ll love this opportunity Being at the forefront of global technology, we always place individuals ahead of processes.
