We are recruiting for a Customer Account Executive to join a busy and growing manufacturer based in Redditch. We are looking for a results-driven, self-motivated individual who can manage existing customer accounts right from their initial enquiry to processing orders and managing all supporting order documentation through to completion.

The Customer Account Executive's main duties will be:

  • Dealing with initial customer enquiries regarding their orders including stock checking, delivery guidance, and offering alternative stocked options.
  • Managing quotes for customer key accounts and responsible for orders through to completion.
  • Managing supporting documentation including shipping documentation, schedules, etc.
  • Processing customer orders and ensuring customers are kept up to date with the status at all times and developing the existing customer relationship.
  • Maintaining databases with client data including pricing information and order details.

The successful Customer Account Executive will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience within Account Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Customer Account Management, Internal Sales, or Sales Order Processing.
  • Qualified to CIP's / IoSCM Level 3 or above would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
  • Strong MS Office experience is essential and SAP would be advantageous as well.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet KPI targets.
