Are you ready to make your mark as part of the Mobility and Immigration Team in our London office? At White & Case, we’ll support you, give you responsibility and welcome you as an integral member of our international team from day one. The Project Manager Mobility & Immigration will work as an integral part of our HR Compliance, Mobility and Immigration department, assisting our People team to deliver on mobility and immigration management, compliance and providing support to internal clients across every aspect of our People strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuing the smooth integration of Workday and Assignment Pro.
  • Supporting the global mobility team with BAU tasks using Assignment Pro, generating reports, and streamlining processes.
  • Liaising with the mobility team to finalize the full integration of their processes in Assignment Pro, including but not limited to integrations with Mobility's third-party providers and payroll.
  • Managing global mobility projects on a global scale, collaborating with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute effective project plans, ensuring projects run smoothly and meet expectations.
  • Coordinating and aligning new mobility processes with mobility vendors to ensure process flow, record data management, and assignment reporting are in place.
  • Creating process guides for internal clients to ensure a clear understanding of relocation policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5-10+ years of global mobility experience (in-house or in practice).
  • Essential user knowledge of Workday and Assignment Pro.
  • Experience instructing international assignment compensation, benefits, and payroll, and liaising with tax teams to determine the best tax approach.
  • Understanding of employee benefits for international assignees in line with local employment regulations.
  • Ability to tackle problems and take independent action where appropriate, seek out new responsibilities, generate new ideas, and practice self-development.
  • Capability to work independently as well as multi-task in a fast-paced environment to handle operational, technical, data, and policy review.
  • Professional handling of extremely sensitive operational, technical, and other information while maintaining complete confidentiality.
  • Excellent writing and process development skills.

Location and Reporting

This role is based in our London office and reports to the Associate Director - HR Compliance, Mobility & Immigration. Our standard office hours are 09:30-18:00, with a current requirement for 3 days in the office per week.
