As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team, ensuring the branch operates safely and efficiently, and delivering exceptional service to their customers. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills and the ability to lead a team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Experience: Ensure exceptional end-to-end service for our guests, driving daily guest satisfaction, and managing service improvements based on guest feedback.
- Staff Management: Lead and develop a dedicated team by overseeing recruitment, inductions, ongoing training, and performance management to maintain a motivated and high-performing crew.
- Branch Operations: Oversee all branch operations, ensuring SOPs are followed, audits are completed, and safety protocols are maintained.
- Fleet Management: Coordinate with Fleet Operations to prepare vehicles for hire, minimise downtime, and ensure all vehicles meet rental and sales standards.
- Health & Safety: Represent the depot’s health and safety standards through daily checks and regular audits.
- Budget Management: Manage the branch’s operational costs, ensuring budget targets are met without compromising quality.
About You:
- Proven experience in customer service management, ideally in a rental, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Strong background in recruitment, training, and employee relations.
- Ability to manage confidential information with tact and diplomacy.
