A national charity is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to cover maternity leave in a part-time capacity. This role plays a vital part in supporting voluntary fundraising by overseeing the planning, sourcing, and management of merchandise, as well as running the online shop.
Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, the role will lead on merchandise strategy, manage supplier relationships and budgets, and maintain the Shopify-based online store in collaboration with an external fulfilment partner. The role also involves supporting marketing activity and coordinating with regional and fundraising teams to ensure effective product use throughout the year.
Candidates should have a solid background in retail merchandising, commercial awareness, and strong organisational skills. Experience with Shopify and digital marketing is desirable.
