Sales/marketing manager - Leidinggevende

RWD is looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to support the execution of marketing plans, in line with the marketing strategy. The role provides support to the Commercial and Brand team, in their mission to make RWD the most inspiring yacht design studio in the world. The team is responsible for enhancing the RWD brand, both internally and externally, and supporting the Team Principals in ensuring a healthy and profitable pipeline of business.

The position is predominately based at the RWD studio in Beaulieu; however, some travel is required from time to time, such as in the case of assisting with hospitality or industry events. The role reports to the Commercial and Brand Director.

• Supporting the Senior Brand Manager and wider RWD project teams in various internal and external marketing activities, such as keeping in touch with the RWD fleet and capturing stories of the studio projects for marketing purposes.
• Ongoing development and maintenance of studio sales and marketing collateral, such as the image library, project books, and studio portfolio and new website - using InDesign to ensure content is up to date and in line with RWD brand guidelines.
• Assisting the Senior Brand Manager in maintaining and cultivating press contacts appropriately, including fielding press enquiries and supporting responses as required.
• Working and managing third parties and budgets for projects such as RWD’s website presence.
• Supporting the team in ensuring internal communications are aligned with our brand and approved communication strategy, including assisting with values awards and updating the RWD intranet when required.
• Supporting the Senior Brand Manager with external hospitality and events, such as broker days, client visits, and industry events e.g. Monaco and Cannes Yacht Shows.
• Assisting the Senior Brand Manager in maintaining external relationships through helping to keep the contact database up to date, logging new enquiries and helping with ‘personal touches’, such as sending gifts and cards.
• Supporting the Senior Brand Manager with employee engagement, helping to organise internal parties, BBQs and other social events.
• Monitoring and staying informed of industry and marketing news and trends.

Qualifications:

• Marketing degree and/or experience in a marketing capacity.
• Adobe Photoshop desirable.
• Microsoft Office.
• Hospitality and/or event planning.
• Yacht sector experience helpful but not essential.

• Quality and timeliness of task completion.
• Achievement of agreed personal objectives from annual reviews.
