The business has ambitious plans for developing their Building Regulations Principal Designer service and is looking to appoint an experienced and competent building regulations professional. You will sit within their newly established CDM/ Principal Designer team and deliver the Building Regulations Principal Designer role to a diverse portfolio of clients across the built environment typically within the residential (public and private), heritage, industrial, defence, healthcare, commercial, retail, office, public sector, leisure, arts & culture, university and education sectors.
