Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Sales Executive located in Dereham. The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, preparing quotations, handling inside sales, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks involve contacting potential clients, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively understand customer needs to tailor appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and preparing Quotations
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with GDPR and data protection regulations is a plus
• Relevant qualifications or a degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field are beneficial
