We are seeking a standout Estate Manager to take the helm of a landmark mixed-use development – a dynamic blend of residential, commercial, retail and food & beverage spaces that’s redefining modern urban living.

This is not your average management role. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping a world-class destination, driving operational excellence, placemaking, and community engagement from day one.

As Estate Manager, you will oversee the daily running of the entire estate, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for residents, occupiers, businesses, and visitors. You’ll lead a team of service partners and collaborate closely with the asset and development teams to embed innovation, sustainability, and community spirit throughout the estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all estate operations across residential, retail, F&B, and commercial spaces.
• Champion sustainability and ESG practices across the development.
• Deliver best-in-class customer and occupier experience through service innovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, residents, and stakeholders.
• Lead estate activation initiatives to foster community and engagement.
• Monitor and manage service providers to ensure the highest standards.
• Support strategic asset management and long-term planning with creative input.

You will bring:

• Proven experience managing mixed-use estates or large, high-profile developments.
• A track record of leadership across diverse asset types (residential, commercial, F&B, retail).
• An innovative mindset – always looking for ways to evolve and improve.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills – you’re as comfortable with residents as you are with board-level investors.
• A deep understanding of placemaking, customer experience, and ESG principles.
• A confident, solutions-led approach with the ability to take charge, influence others, and drive results
