Workplace Consulting Director London £100k + package Prior experience of leading and developing a fledgling Workplace Consulting practice? Keen to be at the forefront of some fantastic workplace projects across EMEA? Know how to run a P&L – focussing on the P?! This one could be for you! This small core workplace consulting team are seeking a dedicated leader who can help them grow the practice and the brand. There are currently six heads in the core team so this role will be focussed on developing the talent within the team, being the figurehead for the Workplace consultancy function and leading the pitches to generate more revenue. You will need 8-10 years’ experience in workplace consultancy including workplace strategy, change, communications and workplace design. You will also have full confidence in writing and winning client decks for exciting workplace projects. This client already has a fantastic reputation in developing innovative workplace projects from end to end as well as a host of internal workplace projects that this Director will lead. This is a figurehead role reporting into the C-suite – you will need a passion for workplace and thew ability to operate across a corporate structure.
