Fitness Manager Leisure Industry South London Bromley Salary : 25k 28k We are looking for a highly motivated enthusiastic and passionate Fitness Professional to take up the Fitness Manager position in this busy centre. This is an opportunity not to be missed for an experienced manager within the fitness industry ready to take that next step up! We are looking for candidates who have experience in creating group class timetables you are ideally level 3 qualified and have previous experience of managing a PT programmes. The Fitness Manager will report to the General Manager and is responsible for working alongside the other management team to ensure that the centre is offering a great service to its members. The Role: Leading the team from the front Primarily Monday Friday role with two early shifts a week Understanding KPIs and targets and the importance of engaging new members into our fitness and group exercise programmes Fulfilling Duty Management Shifts if/when required Creating group class timetables.
