What youll do Manage daytoday F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across all outlets. Ensure a consistently outstanding experience by monitoring and upholding service standards addressing guest feedback and implementing improvement plans. Develop monitor and manage budgets forecasts and cost controls to optimize profitability control expenses and maximize revenue. Recruit train and develop a talented F&B team fostering a positive work environment and encouraging high levels of engagement teamwork and professionalism. Collaborate with the kitchen team to design and review menus that enhance the dining experience and align with market trends and guest preferences. Ensure all F&B operations meet health safety and hygiene standards and compliance with all relevant regulations. Manage and reply to reviews promptly. Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste. Estimate future needs for goods kitchen utensils and cleaning products. Qualifications : What we are looking for Preferred hotel and restaurant experience A track record of managing large teams in restaurants bars and kitchens. Commercially savvy you know your way around a budget and forecast and have a strong understanding of the financial expectations of a successful restaurant and bar operation.
