I am Currently recruiting for an Electro-plater for my client in Poole. Responsibilities of an Electro-Plater are: Preparing metal parts for electroplating, such as cleaning, degreasing, and masking. Mixing and preparing plating solutions. Operating electroplating equipment. Monitoring the electroplating process to ensure that the correct thickness and quality of plating is achieved. Inspecting finished parts for defects. Cleaning and maintaining electroplating equipment. In addition to these specific responsibilities, electro-platers may also be responsible for: Ordering supplies and materials. Maintaining records of plating processes and results. Training new electroplaters. Ensuring that the workplace is safe and compliant with all regulations. Here are some additional details about each of the responsibilities listed above: Preparing metal parts for electroplating: This involves cleaning the parts to remove dirt, grease, and other contaminants.
