This is a fantastic opportunity to manage DEI for an International Professional Services firm in Bristol. This newly created position will play a pivotal role in driving the DEI agenda across global networks. As the DEI Manager you will report to the Head of DEI and will join a dynamic and ambitious team who are focused on delivering impact and making a positive difference through the work they do across the firm. You will help lead and deliver a newly refreshed strategic central DEI strategy, shape and implement localised plans in international locations and support local leadership deliver their DEI objectives. Working closely with an DEI Board, HR colleagues and senior stakeholders the role will be responsible for leading and shaping the DEI and Belonging strategy and practices. This will include: Developing and implementing an annual activity of programmes in line with (company) strategic initiatives and objectives DEI and Wellbeing delivery and communication both internally & externally Working closely with TA and L&D teams around development, retention and acquisition Providing data and analysis, alongside external benchmarking for areas such as pay gap reporting This position requires experience of enabling cultural change and implementing a successful DEI strategy and programme of activities. As such you will be able to clearly evidence having embedded DEI and Wellbeing considerations at both a strategic and operational level. A confident communicator you will be able to influence strategic decision making across a senior stakeholder group.
